Single-Origin Chocolate Bars

When chocolate is made from cocoa beans sourced from a single country, we call it "single-origin." It refers to the origination of the cocoa beans and not the finished chocolate itself. The sourcing of particular cocoa beans allows the chocolate maker to create unique flavors from one bar to another.
