Goodnow Farms Lawley's Rum
Notes of jammy cacao, caramel and molasses blend seamlessly in dark chocolate made from Ecuadorian cacao nibs soaked in dark rum for silky sweet complexity.
With liquor also made by the Boston Harbor Distillery, Goodnow uses over 50 bottles of the Lawley's Dark Rum to steep the cacao nibs and consequently turn into this special reserve chocolate.
