Mirzam White Chocolate with Roasted Cashew and Jaggery Sugar


 base of soft white chocolate made with jaggery sugar, and full with crunchy roasted cashew nuts, created a perfect blend of sweet and crunchy, reminiscent of sub-continental desserts.

Jaggery sugar can be made from sugar cane or date palms and is mostly found in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bengal or Southern India. A similar fudgy texture to brown sugar, jaggery has rich caramel and burnt butter flavours.
